Dagoberto... a modern-day Renaissance man!

One morning I received a request from Dagoberto as he was en route to pick up a rental car. Dagoberto, also known as Luis, was born and raised in Cuba but also lived in Spain for 10 years and then, eventually, Rochester Minnesota and SW Florida.

He's been involved in the technology and computer industry his entire life! He has built and repaired radios, television sets and computers... and he still enjoys keeping up to date on all the new technology.

Because of his various skills and knowledge in the arena of electronics, Dagoberto was actually hired to work at IBM when he was 58 years old!

He is a life-long learner and a modern-day Renaissance man!

Dagoberto has two daughters, five grandchildren and one great grandchild! He is a real family man, and has worked diligently his entire life to be a good provider. Now he is making preparations for a move to Dallas, Texas in order to be close to his family members.

Dagoberto was very friendly and had an upbeat and positive attitude. It should have been no surprise to discover that his name literally means "a bright, shining day"!

It was my pleasure to meet Dagoberto and wish him the best on his new adventure to Texas.

Please welcome Dagoberto to the Ubernamez blog!
