Rion... A "dynamite" personality!

Rion and his wife, Kristin, have been passengers with me on a couple of occasions. Typically from one of their favorite Friday night hangouts, Shoeless Joe's Sports Cafe, in the Bell Tower Shopping Plaza.

They are a "dynamic" couple both literally and figuratively!

Rion is a mining and demolitions engineer who uses real dynamite on a daily basis. Thanks to his father, he grew up in the mining industry. He is responsible for creating lakes, water retention areas and quarries throughout the state of Florida.

Kristin works with Chico's, a company known for creating "dynamite" fashion and women's apparel!

Born and raised in Fort Myers, Rion attended Bishop Verot High School and then went on to the University of South Florida.

The unique spelling of his name, Rion, came from a movie credits list that caught the attention of his parents. The name has Irish origins and means "little king", "kingly" or possibly "pagan giant".

Whatever the case, the name is very appropriate as Rion actually comes from a similar heritage.

Ryan has a joyful and dynamic personality. He is endowed with a booming, robust laugh that is definitely fit for a king!
