Noralcy... A Gift From Mom and Dad!

Noralcy took a quick trip down South Cleveland Avenue, but I had to take a moment to ask about her unique name. I have never met anyone with this name, or any similar name.

Noralcy is originally from Venezuela and has been living in the United States for 19 years.

Her name is a gift from both her mom and dad, as it is a combination of the two!

The first three letters come from her mother's name, Noris (Nor-ees). The rest of her name comes from her father, Alcides (Al-see-des). They utilized the "a", "l", and "c", but opted to echange the "i" for a "y".

Wow! Thanks Mom and Dad!

Noralcy works at Christ Centered Life Store.

When I asked what she would like our readers to know about her, she exclaimed, "That I love the Lord Jesus Christ with all of my heart, soul, mind and strength!"

It was my pleasure to meet such a dedicated young lady with an extra-special name!

Note: Alcides is the French form of the name Hercules...a man of great strength.
